Both are independent products, each sold and deployed on their own, and can be combined in a single experience when a project calls for both immersion and dialogue. In practice, a company that only needs to train technical gestures will choose VR training alone; one that only needs to rehearse conversations will choose the AI avatar alone; both together suit paths that combine hands-on skill and interpersonal posture, like a technician who must both operate a machine and reassure a worried customer.

Yes. AI avatars work on web, mobile, tablet, digital kiosk and inside a VR headset, no headset is required. Most of our clients deploy them on web and mobile first, since that removes any hardware barrier for large teams, then add a VR headset only for scenarios that benefit from full immersion. You choose the support that fits your use case, your budget and your rollout timeline. This flexibility lets you start a pilot in a web browser within days, without waiting for headsets to arrive, then extend into VR once the use case is validated by early users. We can also run a short on-site demonstration with your own headset before you commit to a full rollout, so your team experiences the difference firsthand.

Yes. Our Complete Package combines both in the same experience: an immersive 3D environment for procedures and gestures, plus a conversational AI character for the human interaction layer, briefing, debrief, or an in-scenario character the learner talks to. It is our most engaging format, typically chosen when a project needs both technical practice and interpersonal skills in the same training path. A common example: a technician first practises the maintenance gesture in the VR environment, then an AI avatar plays the unhappy customer they must explain the issue to, within the same session. Pricing for the Complete Package is typically lower than purchasing both products separately, since production and deployment are managed as a single coordinated project.

Our solutions connect to your existing LMS via native SCORM, SCORM 2004, xAPI (Tin Can) and LTI connectors, compatible with Moodle, 360Learning, Cornerstone and 100+ platforms. Completion status, scores and detailed analytics flow directly into your platform in real time, no parallel infrastructure, no manual export, and no need to change your existing reporting habits for HR or training managers. Integration is handled by our technical team during initial deployment, typically within a few days, and requires no recurring maintenance on your side once the connection is established. If your LMS uses a standard other than SCORM or xAPI, our integration team will confirm compatibility during the scoping call, before any commitment is made. No middleware or intermediate server is required on your end for standard SCORM or xAPI connections.

A first pilot (one scenario, one avatar or one VR module), can be operational in a few weeks. Complex projects with several scenarios, custom 3D content or deep LMS integration typically take 2 to 3 months, support included. We guide you at every step, from scoping and scriptwriting to production, testing and deployment, so your team is never left configuring the platform alone. A weekly check-in is offered throughout the deployment phase, to adjust content based on feedback and avoid surprises at launch. Pricing is usually confirmed after the initial scoping call, once the number of scenarios and the level of customisation required are clear, with no hidden fees added later in the project.

Avatar Academy is our no-code management platform. It lets trainers, HR and communication teams create, deploy and analyse AI avatar scenarios without any technical or development skills, building conversation flows, assigning roles and reviewing performance directly in the interface. Access is role-based (admin, manager, trainer), real-time KPIs and conversation analytics are built in, and results export to your LMS via xAPI/SCORM. All data is hosted in Europe. The platform suits a training team piloting a single avatar just as well as a large group managing dozens of characters across several sites, without changing tools or working methods. New avatars, scenarios or languages can be added at any time after launch, without renegotiating the initial contract or waiting for a new deployment cycle.
